What does the job consist?

• Maintenance
• Routine inspections: Technicians conduct regular checks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Preventive maintenance: Performing tasks to prevent breakdowns, such as lubricating parts, replacing worn-out components, and updating software.
• Cleaning equipment: Ensuring that machinery or devices are clean to avoid malfunctions or inefficiency.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting
• Diagnose issues: When equipment or systems malfunction, technicians diagnose the cause of the problem, using tools like diagnostic software, sensors, or manual inspection.
• Repair or replace parts: Fix faulty components or replace broken parts to restore functionality.
• Test repairs: After making repairs, technicians test the equipment to ensure it is working properly.
• Documentation
• Record keeping: Technicians maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Reports: They may generate reports on the status of equipment or any issues encountered, providing recommendations for further action or replacement.
• Testing and Quality Assurance
• Performing tests: Technicians test systems and devices after installation or repair to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Monitoring system performance: In FDC to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues when performance dips.
