Role Overview

Calling all Manufacturing Associates at the Brother Bartlett facility!

As announced in recent team communications, we are creating a new opportunity to encourage cross-training and exposure across the business through a 3-4-month program.

Apply and interview for the chance to be selected for the program. Your role will remain Manufacturing Associate while participating in this program, but you will be investing in your career development to set yourself apart with the ability to support multiple parts of the business.

Upon successful completion of the program curriculum, as determined by training completion and feedback from supervisors at the conclusion of each rotation step, and contingent on feedback from the leadership and HR teams throughout the program, you will be promoted to the role of Senior Manufacturing Associate .
