People Business Partner JR

Whitin the People function, this position will be supporting all activities related with People Agenda for Portugal, including HQ, Plant & Sales, promoting growth & Engaging environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with the organization to meet business needs, supporting the overall People strategy execution and goals;
• Perform activities related to Culture & Engagement, ensuring excellent growing environment
• Support communication processes, ensuring timeless and proactive communication
• Support learning and development strategy and processes
• Execute Labor relations strategy

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Internacional relations or similar
• 2/ 3 years’ experience within HR / people environment
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Excel and ability to work with digital and communication tools
• Proactive profile eager to learn and develop
• Ability to interact with a dynamic multifunctional team.
• Ability to work in a supportive/ collaborative team environment.
