About the job Currently, we are looking for a creative strategist who will: - Uncover original human insights through consumer safaris, video interviews, data analysis and other research means. - Use these insights to wow clients, creatives and other agency peers. - Develop effective communication strategies. - Translate business objectives into real-world tactics. - Challenge all strategists with in-depth knowledge of changing consumer behaviour. Push them to be more in the now and in the know of what is happening. - Take an active role during creative development, expanding first creative ideas into elaborate campaign plans. - Educate agency peers about relevant new communication and consumer behaviour developments. - Work dedicated on a (set of) client(s) to develop a deep understanding of their business, ambitions and challenges.
