As we rapidly expand our fast charging network across Europe, the opportunity to attract more electric vehicle drivers grows. To accelerate this growth and strengthen our commercial capabilities, we're expanding our Growth team with a new team focused on developing market leading propositions and enable our sales team. What you'll do As Propositions Manager, you will ensure Fastned has a great product-market fit, and enable the business with off the shelf propositions, for example a new way to sell memberships through partners or setting up a new loyalty program. The team sits in between strategy and the business, translating strategic direction, market insights and business feedback into commercial propositions. The team specifically owns proposition development (incl. realising first pilots of a new proposition) and scaling and improving of existing propositions. You will report to the Proposition Lead and collaborate with the other commercial teams incl. Commercial Strategy, Strategic Partnerships, Sales & Marketing to unlock new business opportunities.
