Are you passionate about creating welcoming, memorable experiences? Willow Valley Communities is looking for a Part-Time Concierge Front Desk Team Member to be the friendly face and first point of contact at our beautiful Clubhouse!

Pay

Starting at $15.00/hour+ , based on experience

What You’ll Do

As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for all.

  • Provide outstanding service to Residents with a customer-focused approach—no matter the task.
  • Warmly greet Residents, Team Members, and guests, offering directions and information with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Monitor and follow security procedures, including visitor sign-in and access.
  • Maintain a safe, inviting, and pleasant Clubhouse environment.
  • Answer and manage Concierge desk phone calls, emails, and radio communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule amenities and Local Table reservations.
  • Assist guests with basic use of Clubhouse amenities.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Clubhouse management team.
  • Monitor alerts (weather, building alarms) and communicate updates to Team Members.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, assisting others as needed.
  • Manage key control processes and follow up on returns.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and preparing posters, flyers, and communications.
  • Submit maintenance and IT service requests through designated systems.
  • Stay informed on Willow Valley publications to assist with Resident questions.
  • Support the Lead Concierge and help train new Team Members.
  • Address Resident questions or concerns and connect them with the appropriate Team Leader.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and occasional housekeeping support when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–6 months of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination)
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows applications and scheduling programs
  • Basic knowledge of phone systems and troubleshooting

Schedule

  • Every Monday: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Every other Saturday: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Opportunities for additional shifts available!
