Essential skills

• Professional experience (5+ years) in Data Engineering, Data Operations, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Production Support roles;- Proven experience supporting large-scale data platforms in production environments.- Proven experience managing production deployments, release governance, and ensuring platform stability.- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt.- Experience in agile delivery environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Proven experience supporting business-critical data platforms, analytical solutions, and data products.- Solid experience in incident management, operational support, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.- Ability to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of production data platforms.- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
