About the role: This role is part of the Member Business Practices & Compliance team and focuses on ensuring that Herbalife operates in an ethical, compliant, and fair way across the market. You will work closely with Distributors, guiding them on rules, policies, and regulatory requirements, while also monitoring and addressing potential infringments.
What makes this role especially interesting is the variety and complexity of cases you will handle — from investigating compliance concerns to proactively identifying risks. It’s a highly dynamic position where you can continuously learn, develop analytical thinking, and work on real business-impacting topics. If you enjoy solving problems, analyzing patterns, and working with people, this role offers a unique “detective-like” element where no two cases are the same.
You’ll be empowered to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate with international teams, while contributing to protecting the company’s brand, Distributors, and customers.
In this role, you will
- Provide guidance and coaching to Distributors to ensure their business practices comply with internal policies and external regulations
- Be knowledgeable in Herbalife Rules of Conduct, Business Marketing Plan, and local regulatory requirements
- Support and educate Distributors on conducting business in an ethical and compliant manner
- Handle complaints from Distributors, customers, and internal/external stakeholders and manage case files end-to-end
- Conduct investigations, including research, documentation, and communication with relevant stakeholders
- Perform proactive monitoring (e.g. online research, social media checks, data analysis) to identify potential compliance risks
- Prepare reports and case studies, and present findings to management when required
- Enforce policies by providing coaching, education, and when necessary, corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Customer Service, and local offices
- Support training initiatives, events, and communication activities related to compliance
- Ensure accurate documentation and handling of cases in line with defined processes and SLAs
Our requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a service-oriented or customer-facing environment
- 1–2 years of experience working in a structured, policy-driven environment (e.g. compliance, operations, customer support)
- Fluent English and Spanish or Italian (at least C1 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and interpret data
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and challenging situations
- High level of attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is an advantage
- Previous experience in compliance, legal, or investigation-based roles is an advantage
- Experience in direct selling, FMCG, or customer-centric environments is a plus
- Social media and online research skills are an advantage
- Additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (or relevant professional experience); Master’s degree or legal/compliance training is an advantage
