Facility: Via Christi Hospital St. Francis
Department: BioMed Clinical Engineering
Schedule: Rotating | Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, 2:30pm-11:00pm, rotating weekends

How you'll make an impact in this role
- Streamline the organized and consistent rotation and turnover of medical equipment across all hospital units, floors, and departments.
- Perform routine, multiple daily rounds to efficiently collect equipment designated for reprocessing.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of equipment to units, floors, and departments based on supervisory direction.
- Partner with hospital staff to establish and maintain optimal equipment par levels for operational readiness.
- Manage the transport of appropriately tagged, repair-bound equipment to the Bio-Medical (Bio-Med) department.
Conducts multiple rounds daily to collect equipment for reprocessing.•Distributes equipment to units, floors and departments as determined by direct supervisor.•Assists units, floors and departments to determine and maintain appropriate equipment par levels.•Transports appropriately tagged equipment to Bio-Med for repair
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What additional requirements you'll need
- Required Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Essential Skills: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
