We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of our Travel & Tour business. Travel requirement: ~10% across Hong Kong / Greater Bay Area / Mainland China
Job Scope
The Sales Executive supports the execution of Travel & Tour sales initiatives and business development activities. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help deliver sales targets, maintain partner relationships, and identify opportunities to grow business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of sales plans across Hong Kong attractions to achieve volume and revenue targets
- Assist in managing relationships with travel trade partners, including OTAs and travel agents
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns with partners to drive awareness and sales conversion
- Maintain and service a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and support
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned markets and channels
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Support participation in industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
- Process travel trade account applications in line with internal procedures

Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (tourism, travel trade, sales, or account coordination preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic sales and coordination experience, with interest in developing in a commercial role
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
