Schedule: Part-time | Days may vary

What You Will Do

• Review, verify, and dispense medications to ensure safe and appropriate therapy at the St. Vincent PACE site.
• Identify and resolve medication-related issues, recommending formulary alternatives when appropriate.
• Provide medication counseling and drug information to patients and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support optimal patient care.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and assist with training, student preceptorship, and pharmacy coverage as needed.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

Additional Preferences

• PACE Pharmacy experience.
