1092 | Data Center Technician

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Technician to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Support daily data center operations on-site
• Troubleshoot hardware issues with servers and network equipment
• Install, replace, and check physical equipment when needed
• Work with Linux systems and perform basic diagnostics
• Support basic networking tasks and troubleshooting
• Work with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
• Use Python or Bash scripts for simple automation or checks when needed
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Document issues and perform actions
• Experience in data center support, IT support, NOC, or similar role
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and assembly
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
• Basic Python or Bash scripting skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hrazdan, Armenia
• Readiness to work with physical equipment and participate in on-call rotation
