YOUR PROFILE INCLUDES

  • A deep-rooted passion for Data and Analytics, with technical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to adopt a client-focused approach to work

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult and Strategize: Partner with clients to gather and understand business needs and then collaborate to develop, build and maintain tailored data and analytical strategies and solutions
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a client centered approach, acting as a trusted advisor on data and analytic initiatives
  • Solution Implementation and Management: Collaborate with clients, internal teams, partners and any other stakeholders to integrate, manage, optimize, troubleshoot and maintain solutions, ensuring accuracy and security
  • Collaborate and Advocate: Work closely with all relevant internal and external project stakeholders, demonstrating strong technical prowess, but also excellent interpersonal abilities to offer recommendations for sustainability and scalability
  • Comply and Diversify: Continually ensure compliance and best practices are maintained, while also pushing the boundaries of your expertise and staying up to date with emerging technologies and methodologies
  • Innovate : Foster a culture of innovation by actively engaging in brainstorming sessions, contributing novel ideas, and exploring creative solutions to complex challenges, driving Adastra towards continuous improvement and competitive advantages
