ABOUT JOSE TEJAS

Jose Tejas has served the Northeast for 35 years and today includes five locations. We run a high-volume, fast-paced dining room where the guest experience is everything. Our floor team is the face of that experience, and we are looking for servers who take pride in making every table feel like the only table.

• Deliver accurate, efficient service during high-volume shifts
• Greet guests with a smile and make every interaction feel genuine and welcoming
• Build rapport with guests so they leave wanting to come back
• Manage multiple tables and guest needs without losing composure
• Keep your section clean and organized to our standards throughout the shift

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume setting
• A naturally friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in people
• Strong multi-tasking skills. You stay calm and organized when it gets busy
• Flexible availability
• Reliable, professional, and a team player

Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays required

Location: Fairfield, NJ 07004 - reliable commute required
