Job description

NOW HIRING: Early Intervention Occupational Therapist

Full Time | Monday–Friday NO holidays or weekends!

$72,800–$79,040/year + Incentives (Based on 40 hours/week)

Are you passionate about early childhood development? Want to use your OT skills to truly make a difference? At People Incorporated, you’ll join a dynamic, family-centered Early Intervention team supporting children (birth–3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environments—homes, daycares, and the community.

What You’ll do

  • Deliver home-based OT services and assessments
  • Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
  • Collaborate with a caring, multi-disciplinary team
  • Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources
  • Mentor OT students and assistants

What You'll Need

  • Licensed OT in MA
  • Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity (preferred)
  • Strong communicator & team player

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.

Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.

Early Intervention experience is preferred
