Part Time | Monday–Friday NO holidays or weekends!
$72,800–$79,040/year + Incentives (Based on 40 hours/week)
Hours: 20-34

Are you passionate about early childhood development? Want to use your OT skills to truly make a difference? At People Incorporated, you’ll join a dynamic, family-centered Early Intervention team supporting children (birth–3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environments—homes, daycares, and the community.
What You’ll do
- Deliver home-based OT services and assessments
- Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- Collaborate with a caring, multi-disciplinary team
- Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources
- Mentor OT students and assistants
What You'll Need
- Licensed OT in MA
- Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity (preferred)
- Strong communicator & team player

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
•
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.
•
Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.
•
Early Intervention experience is preferred
