Compensation

Up to $57 per hour (based on experience & certifications)

Sign-On Bonus: (Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 for qualified candidates)

• $10,000 – Audi Certified Master Technician
• $5,000 – Audi Certified Technicians (all levels below Master)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Audi vehicles to factory standards
• Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure seamless workflow
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
• Participate in ongoing Audi training and certification programs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Audi certification preferred (Master Techs highly encouraged)
• Experience with Audi, Volkswagen, or Porsche is a strong plus
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
