Master Technician – Lexus of Westport

Lexus of Westport is seeking an experienced Master Technician with Lexus and/or Toyota experience to join our award-winning service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a respected luxury brand, advanced diagnostic equipment, and a strong customer-focused culture.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, hybrid, and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-specific tools and procedures
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians
• Perform thorough multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly
• Stay current on Lexus and Toyota technologies, repair procedures, and factory training
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Previous Lexus and/or Toyota dealership experience required
• Master Technician certification preferred
• ASE certifications strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hybrid and advanced vehicle systems preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
