Job description

Key R esponsibilities Promote company technologies, processes, and solutions by engaging with customers, consultants, and design institutions. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to identify customer needs and market opportunities. Conduct market sounding and basic market analysis, including monitoring upcoming projects, competitors, stakeholders, and industry trends. Work closely with the Business Development teams to support marketing initiatives and develop a strong project pipeline. Support the preparation and submission of prequalification and tender documents. Serve as the link between the commercial team and proposal teams, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and local practices. Prepare and deliver commercial presentations to clients Support clarifications, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations for awarded projects. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients and internal teams. Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and strategic briefs for management and stakeholders. Participate in meetings with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Provide overall support to the sales function. Work closely with the Business Development team to develop winning strategies for proposals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in Business Development. Exposure or experience in water and wastewater treatment is an advantage. Strong theoretical foundation in engineering design and principles. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasing personality; collaborative, cooperative, creative, sociable, and team oriented. Strong presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and similar tools. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to travel and work overtime as required
