Position Title: Sales Floor Team Member Reports to: Store Manager Position Structure: Part-time; the ideal candidate will be able to work 16-28 hours a week, 3 Saturdays a month, and must be able to work Fall Flip (September 14th &15th) Ideal Start Date: Begin by August 1, 2026 Initiative: Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas Compensation: $14-16 per hour, based on background and experience

Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique is an upscale shopping environment at a thrift price point, serving women of all backgrounds with dignity and hope.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome every customer who walks through the door, shares our mission, and explains current sales or in-store events.
• Provide excellent customer service at all points of contact - assist customers with purchases, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Help manage inventory, including receiving donations, stocking, and merchandising.
• Organize and stock merchandise, ensuring displays are visually appealing and aligned with store standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers and volunteers.
• Maintain a quick and efficient checkout process and share about the Partner of the Month at every transaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including volunteers and donors.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for the mission and values of Purpose Brands 414.
• Dependable transportation to and from shifts.
• Must have reliable access to communication platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 16+ years of age.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
