About Purpose Brands 414
Purpose Brands 414 (PB414) is a 501(c)(3) faith-based nonprofit organization based in Northwest Arkansas, serving as the parent organization for a growing family of redemptive, marketplace initiatives . PB414 exists to help people know Jesus, inspire hope, restore dignity, and strengthen communities by cultivating a compelling expression of God’s redemptive work that produces flourishing.
Current initiatives include Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique , a boutique thrift experience for women that’s centered on providing dignity and hope; Thrift Out , a deeply discounted thrift store designed to increase access while stewarding the full lifecycle of donated goods; and the soon-to-launch Bold Lives Men’s Thrift , a curated thrift experience rooted in strength and purpose for men. Each of these initiatives generates both mission impact and generous financial giveback in support of PB414’s broader purpose.
Together, these initiatives form a connected redemptive ecosystem governed by shared values, strategic alignment, and faithful stewardship—creating economic sustainability and meaningful community impact. PB414 integrates faith, leadership formation, and operational excellence to demonstrate how business can be a powerful vehicle for encountering God and reflecting His love in the communities we serve.
