Contract Officer / Supervisor, Spare Parts (12-month renewable contract)

Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Officer / Supervisor, Spare Parts (12-month renewable contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Service Center to ensure operation smoothness
• Monitor spare part back orders and delivery
• Control the spare parts inventory
• Conduct used spare parts collection and return to factory
• Support in A/R management to the Service Center

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Solid experience and knowledge in service operations, preferable in telecom or consumer electronics industry
• Minimum 2 years' related working experiences
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer, Spare Parts
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
