MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, including customer master data, credit control, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable (AR) collection across B2B, B2C.
  • Oversee AR management and collection activities, including monitoring AR aging, tracking outstanding balances, and following up on overdue receivables to minimize bad debt risk.
  • Manage credit risk, ensuring appropriate credit limits, payment terms, and handling credit limit overrides in compliance with Abbott policies.
  • Track and release Sales Orders in line with credit control policies and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Follow overdue balances, collection performance, and credit exposure, providing insights for decision-making.
  • Handle AR-related transactions, including PR booking for GTN net-off processes and reconciliation activities.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure SOX compliance across all OTC processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Finance teams to resolve disputes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support process improvements and system enhancements, including ERP optimization and automation/reporting initiatives (e.g., Power BI).
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

  • Relevant graduate education. Accounting is preferred.

EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.

SKILLS

  • Strong computer knowledge on Microsoft applications, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Good command of English
  • Good communication with the stakeholders
