Rooms Division Manager @ IMV
Job description
- Responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the Rooms Division, including Front Office and Housekeeping operations and overlooking F&B Service part.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high service standards, personalized attention, and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
- Lead, train, and motivate the Rooms Division team to achieve operational excellence and service goals.
- Oversee room inventory management, occupancy optimization, and effective coordination with Sales and Revenue teams.
- Monitor departmental budgets, cost controls, productivity, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality audit requirements.
- Drive guest satisfaction scores through continuous improvement initiatives and service recovery practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and operational coordination.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development programs for team members.
- Responsible for achieving departmental KPIs, enhancing profitability, and maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence.
•Degree in Hotel Management.
•10 years’ of work experience.
