Job description

The Quality Executive supports this vision by ensuring that all hotel operations adhere to brand quality standards. The role monitors operational excellence, coordinates audits, maintains compliance, and facilitates programs that enhance guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management

  • Implement and support Raffles brand quality programs and standards.
  • Coordinate internal audits, inspections, and follow-up action plans.
  • Assist with preparation for external audits (LSQA, LQA, Corporate Quality, ISO, etc.).
  • Monitor guest feedback platforms and coordinate improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular quality walkthroughs across the resort.
  • Track service performance indicators and prepare reports for leadership.

2. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records for quality programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Raffles/Accor policies, ISO standards, and local regulations.
  • Support risk assessments, corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for resort and corporate levels.

3. Training & Internal Engagement

  • Support training programs related to quality and service excellence.
  • Assist in developing communication materials to promote awareness among colleagues.
  • Encourage a culture of quality, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

4. Other Duties

  • Provide administrative support for meetings, audits, and documentation.
  • Assist other departments during brand inspections projects.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in quality or hospitality operations.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) is a strong advantage.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
