Job description

  • Provide outstanding customer service across all communication channels.
  • Manage key accounts by maintaining strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service agreements, and follow ups.
  • Support service quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Applications are invited from individuals possessing a minimum of one year relevant experience.
  • Possession of a Degree or Diploma from a recognized higher education institution.
  • Possess excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • A valid riding license is required (A company maintained motorbike with fuel will be provided inclusive of personal use privilege).
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo area.
