Job description
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily service activities for technicians and field staff.
- Allocate service requests efficiently based on priority, location, and resource availability.
- Monitor service schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and scheduling reports.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure availability of parts, equipment, and resources.
- Follow up on pending service requests and customer inquiries.
- Track technician productivity and service performance metrics.
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company service standards and customer service expectations.
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification in any stream.
- Diploma or professional qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
