Business Intelligence Developer. Corewell Health, Grand Rapids, MI. N O VISA SPONSORSHIP OFFERED FOR THIS POSITION. Develops reporting and analytic solutions. Supports data development, analytics and quality improvement activities. Translates business needs into a technical solution using visuals and creating data sources, metrics and automation. Designs, tests, deploys, and maintains self-service reporting assets and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) to populate data warehouse assets and send data outside of data warehouse assets. Requires: Master's or foreign equiv. in Operations Research, Data Analytics, Data Science or related, plus 6 mths as a Research Assistant, Data Engineer, Data Analyst or related. Above experience must include 6 mths: 1) interpreting data from a variety of sources, including EPIC; 2) designing databases and developing workloads using statistical analysis of health care data utilizing R Studio, SSMS, and Python; and 3) using Tableau to assist in delivering healthcare management and decision making to guide process improvement.
