Overview

32hr/week (4-day) or 40hr/week (5-day) option, Mon-Fri, no weekends or evenings. Chronic condition management of your own geriatric panel - spend 30-45min with your patients!

The Advance Practice Providers (NP/PA) we seek are those who have directly related experience in geriatrics and primary care. The APPs who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Qualifications

  • Licensed as a NP or PA in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
  • Federal DEA License/eligibility
  • Geriatric training/experience preferred
  • Active CPR/BLS Certification
  • Board Certification
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
