Job description
Overview
This position supports the business operations for the Department of Radiology through charge capture, revenue reporting and expense allocation. Ensuring all services are reported as performed, allowing revenue credit to the cost centers is crucial as is assisting in the timely processing of expenses as well as appropriately recording those expenses for financial reporting and future budget planning. Communication and feedback to clinical leadership around these key areas support building a financially viable department. Qualifications
Required Education
High school diploma or GED
Required Experience
1-2 years Registration, scheduling, referrals or Revenue Cycle
Necessary Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically, Excel
- EPIC experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
