Team Overview

The Payin Payment Methods track is part of the Traveler Payments area, within the FinTech business unit. Vision for Traveler Payments is to provide a seamless and secure payments experience that empowers travelers to experience the world effortlessly — through innovative financial products and localized payment solutions.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager in Payin Payment Methods track, you will be a key driver in expanding and localizing the online payment experience for travelers globally. You will own the strategy and execution for integrating new local and alternative payment methods (APMs) to enhance traveler conversion and satisfaction in key markets. This role involves end-to-end management of integrating new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and optimising the payment experience to provide travelers with localised, reliable, and secure options to pay online.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
  • Lead a portfolio of new product launches as well as product optimizations.
  • Define the KPIs for your product and be ultimately responsible for its success.
  • Research and identify partner and stakeholder needs and effectively manage expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build and operate your product.
  • Engage with other product leaders to define and drive development priorities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the FinTech/Payments domain.
  • Experience working in FinTech/Payments at large-scale organizations or experience working in PSPs.
  • A track record for shipping large-scale software products.
  • Experience working with many cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and agile prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in product discovery and delivery techniques.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and a basic technical understanding of large-scale systems.
