How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Professionals in this group Provide technical advice to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel responding to product related questions, issues and problems . Provide sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products .Act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff. They are responsible for architecting solutions, conducting product demonstration and providing technical inputs towards proposals.
