The Role and Team We are looking for a visionary Senior Field Marketing Manager with extensive marketing experience to drive the UKI Field and Partner Marketing strategy. This role demands a strategic, results-driven professional who can cultivate significant growth initiatives while navigating a complex, fast-paced global environment. The successful candidate will bring a proven ability to craft, influence, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that align tightly with sales and organizational goals. As a senior leader on the team, you will shape the strategic marketing roadmap, play a pivotal role in scaling Medallia’s brand presence, and accelerate pipeline development across the UKI region.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Shape and drive Medallia’s comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the UKI region, ensuring deep alignment with global business objectives, local market needs, and product innovations. Lead cross-functional collaboration to influence key decision-making across markets, product categories, and buyer segments.
- Demand Generation & Brand Building: In conjunction with the Head of International Marketing, create the plan for the development and execution of multi-faceted field and partner marketing activities designed to generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and enhance brand recognition across target markets. Leverage data-driven insights to adjust tactics for maximum impact.
- Pipeline Development & Sales Alignment: Propose a defined marketing roadmap that drives both new pipeline generation and acceleration of existing opportunities. Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing activities are completely aligned with revenue goals and deliver measurable ROI.
- Partnership Leverage: Establish and manage strategic partnerships to amplify marketing reach and strengthen brand positioning. Collaborate with partner teams to integrate joint marketing efforts and capture new business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional & Agile Collaboration: Proven experience collaborating closely with sales teams, pre-sales, and other key business departments to align strategies and achieve shared growth goals.
- Team & Regional Flexibility: Excel in a fast-moving environment, responding to shifting priorities with strategic insight. To maintain optimal work balance across the international marketing team, this role requires the adaptability and willingness to support other regional markets or cross-border initiatives if team resources and demand require it.
- Office Presence & Travel: This is a hybrid position based out of the London area. The ideal candidate will establish a consistent routine of working from our London office in a hybrid capacity to foster team collaboration, with the flexibility to travel across markets as required for events and key business meetings.
Candidates based in the London vicinity will be prioritized as this role is Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior marketing experience, with UKI expertise and demand generation responsibilities.
- Demonstrated track record of leading, executing, and scaling high-impact field marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience in field marketing, including full-cycle trade show, executive roundtables, and event management.
- Ability to commute to the London office and travel internationally when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid environment while delivering high-impact strategic results.
- Demonstrated success in aligning field marketing initiatives directly with regional sales and customer engagement efforts to drive significant revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and marketing automation tools such as Marketo
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making, pipeline tracking, and ROI optimization.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
