This role supports the full candidate-to-employee lifecycle, helping ensure a seamless, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience through coordination of orientations, background screenings, pre-employment processing, audit-ready recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and uniform distribution to support immediate workforce readiness.
