Our Client is the leading Private Rental Sector (PRS) platform in Poland with c. 3,000 units under management and additional c. 5,000 units in the pipeline. The platform focuses on developing and operating high-quality rental communities across the country.

As an Investment Analyst, you will support financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making across the platform. You will work directly with the management board, investors and external partners, gaining exposure to both operational and strategic aspects of a fast-growing real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial modelling, forecasting and variance analysis
• Direct daily cooperation with and acting as the first point of contact for Fund's investment team
• Real estate investment analysis and underwriting
• Supporting the CFO in debt origination process
• Investor reporting (periodic and ad hoc)
• Direct cooperation with CEO and CFO; performing ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders and privat equity fund

What We Are Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional experience in real estate investments, private equity or investment banking
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, with direct exposure to internal and external senior stakeholders
• Understanding of real estate, capital markets, financial statements and investment concepts
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluency in Polish and English
