Job description
Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.
Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will spend your day overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. Your role involves ensuring that security measures are effectively implemented to maintain protection, compliance, and operational resilience. You will engage with various stakeholders to monitor security operations and support continuous improvement in safeguarding organizational assets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align security strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor security service delivery to ensure adherence to established standards and policies.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Firewall Management Operations.
- Strong knowledge of firewall configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in managing security policies and access controls to protect network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with incident response processes and vulnerability management related to firewall systems.
- Ability to analyze security logs and generate reports to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Proficient in coordinating with security teams to implement best practices and continuous improvements.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Firewall Management Operations.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
