Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman & Helper Carpenters for projects located in the Michigan City, IN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Journeyman or Helper and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope

• Build a screened-in porch
• Install screening, framing, and decking
• Perform trim work such as edging
• Read & interpret blueprints
• Material handling
• Measure, cut & assemble wooden structures
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in finish carpentry, specifically woodworking
• Standard hand and power tools
• All PPE
