Indeed’s Revenue & Growth Finance team is looking for a Business Strategist / individual contributor to support the team. The Revenue & Growth Finance team provides insight into Indeed’s revenue growth levers, helps forecast and explain revenue performance, and supports strategic decisions on where to invest for the best medium- to long-term growth. We are looking for an individual contributor who is comfortable jumping across workstreams, from standing up recurring reporting to preparing executive-facing presentations, while operating with a high degree of responsiveness and ownership. Our geographically-dispersed team constantly collaborates through Slack and Zoom, as if we are next to each other in an office. Priorities quickly change, so looking for someone who can operate as a responsive team player in a hybrid environment.
Who you are
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive operational excellence and scalability in a dynamic environment
- Employ data to derive strategic insights and recommendations to present to senior management
- Partner with cross functional teams to drive program and process improvements that maximize scale, customer experience and align with business goals
- Proactively share insights with colleagues to drive collaboration and innovation against business goals
- Provide timely updates on program performance and key metrics, fostering motivation and clear communication across different markets
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational and data challenges, ensuring clear communication to business partners, effective resolution with partner teams and sustainable root cause analysis
Who we are
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle diverse business challenges
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) to create actionable reports
- Results-oriented with solid attention to detail and a solid commercial/business insight
- Proven project management skills with experience in process evaluation and driving operational improvements
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL experience or willingness to develop SQL proficiency

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. Tier 1 - United States of America 78,000 - 116,000 USD per year
Tier 2 - United States of America 86,000 - 130,000 USD per year
Tier 3 - United States of America 95,000 - 143,000 USD per year
Tier 4 - N/ATier 5 - United States of America 108,000 - 162,000 USD per year
