Job description
Company Description
Within Publicis Groupe’s Intelligent Creativity business, we specialize in bringing creative ideas to life, and to consumers. By combining 100 years of craft excellence with 6,000 experts across 52 locations of the world’s biggest studio network, we leverage the industry’s richest data, through the power of agentic AI, to radically redefine content production with Intelligent Content. We intuitively deliver this through Marcel Make, the world’s first Intelligent Content agent. The result? Predictively performing content that unlocks business growth in unprecedented ways. No more guesswork. No more waste. Just content that works, working a lot harder.
Job Description
We’re hiring a social creator built for the scroll - someone who can take an idea from spark to publish at the speed of culture. This is a one-person studio role: part designer, part motion artist, part director, part shooter, part editor. You think visually across still, motion, and emerging AI-generated content. You don’t just make content - you build assets, systems, and stories that live across platforms. The feed is your home turf. You know what stops thumbs, what dies in the scroll, and what shapes culture next. You can move between iPhone footage, studio shoots, motion graphics, and AI tools without missing a beat. Whether self-taught or agency-trained, you know how to turn instinct into output - and output into impact.
Responsibilities
•
Create thumb-stopping concepts for organic and paid social across brands, platforms, and formats
•
Design and produce visual assets across static, motion, and short-form video
•
Develop lightweight motion graphics, animated text, and platform-native visual storytelling (GIFs, loops, kinetic typography, transitions, etc.)
•
Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to turn ideas into fully realized creative systems
•
Use AI tools (image, video, and generative workflows) to accelerate ideation, concepting, and production at scale
•
Partner with content producers to plan and execute shoots - big, small, and scrappy
•
Film, design, and edit platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats
•
Stay ahead of digital culture, design trends, and creative technology shifts
•
Maintain high creative standards while adapting work for speed, iteration, and performance
•
Help define new creative workflows that blend traditional production with AI-assisted creation
Qualifications
•
Deep fluency in today’s social platforms and curiosity for what’s next
•
Strong visual design instincts: composition, typography, pacing, and storytelling
•
Hands-on experience with motion design and/or animation (After Effects or similar strongly preferred)
•
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere; After Effects a big plus)
•
Familiarity with or active use of AI creative tools (generative image, video, or content workflows)
•
Ability to move fluidly between ideation, design, editing, and production
•
A sixth sense for pop culture, subculture, and emerging internet language
•
Comfortable building pitch decks and visually communicating ideas
•
Able to work fast, iterate quickly, and self-direct in a high-volume environment
•
Comfortable both behind and occasionally in front of the camera
•
A portfolio that demonstrates range: social content, design, motion, and experimental work
Location & Commitments
•
This is a full-time, hybrid role. That means you’re in the office at least four days a week. The rest of the time? Wherever you get your best ideas.
•
Travel may be part of the job, to shoot, to create, to win.
Physical Demands
•
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
•
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
