Overview

TITAN Group is looking for a Group Strategic Planning Manager to join the Group Digital & Strategy team.

Based at TITAN Group Headquarters in Athens, Greece, this role will support the Chief Digital and Strategy Officer and Business Leaders in developing Group strategy, driving strategic initiatives, and establishing processes and governance mechanisms to enable and monitor successful execution.

The role will be pivotal in further establishing a sophisticated strategic approach and execution of key initiatives across the Group with a defined toolkit for use by business leaders.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Postgraduate degree in quantitative business fields: preferably an MBA, Master’s in Finance, Business Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, or other STEM-related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional services firm or a large corporate strategy/planning/ transformation department (preferably in a multinational company).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans at corporate and/or BU-level.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex strategic initiatives as a project manager or a core team member.
  • Experience in business development would be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare compelling presentations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Critical for optimal performance on the role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, includingissue structuring and disaggregation, hypothesis building, data-driven analysis, solutions conceptualization, and options articulation.
  • Experience with company valuation methodologies including DCF and multiples-based analyses.
  • Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in advanced analytical tools or statistical packages.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Passion for coaching and developing early-career professionals, supporting capability building and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally across TITAN Group's Business Units and operations, as required.

Responsibilities

Enabling key strategic initiatives

  • Act as a Project Manager, Strategy Expert, or Project Advisor, depending on the nature of the initiative, supporting business transformation, growth (incl. business development), operational excellence, digital, and other strategic projects across the Group.

Structuring implementation, communication, and monitoring

  • Develop implementation roadmaps, governance mechanisms, reporting frameworks, and communication plans that enable effective execution, progress monitoring, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Supporting Group Strategic Planning & Strategy Development

  • Consolidate Business Unit and Functional strategic plans, shape key strategic themes and trends at Group level, monitor external industry developments, benchmark Group performance against financial, operational, and risk metrics, and prepare/present strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders..

Developing professionals for strategy and transformational roles

  • Lead and develop part of the Group Strategic Planning Analysts team by building capabilities, fostering knowledge sharing, and supporting the development of future strategy and transformation professionals across the Group.
