High Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations at Infinity260 , a 260-unit luxury apartment community located at 11120 David Taylor Drive in Charlotte, NC .

As a Senior Maintenance Lead, you'll oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure the community remains safe and well-maintained, and play a key role in resident satisfaction and team performance.
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in rotating on call schedule every two weeks including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop maintenance team members.
- Schedule, prioritize, and oversee daily maintenance of operations and service requests.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building maintenance issues.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs to protect community assets and reduce costly repairs.
- Oversee apartment turns from scheduling through final inspection, ensuring homes meet company standards and are move-in ready.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and special projects while maintaining quality and cost control.
- Maintain inventory, equipment, tools, and maintenance records.
- Assist with budgeting and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, training requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents.
- Support seasonal operations, including vendor coordination, pool oversight, and community readiness initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- HVAC Certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on maintenance work experience in multifamily housing, hospitality, residential, or related environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and lead by example.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Encouraged Qualifications
- 2 years of technical school training or degree in a related field.
- Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Pool maintenance experience.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain certification.
