What you'll be doing

Identify Opportunities

  • Research emerging trends in healthcare and social determinants of health, and scout external partnerships, technologies, and innovations to identify new growth opportunities.

Design & Testing Methodologies

  • Apply design and testing methodologies by service design and human-centered design methodologies to shape new programs, partnerships, and business models around real user and stakeholder needs.
  • Design and run proof-of-concepts and structured experiments with partners and cross- functional teams to generate the evidence and learnings needed to evaluate new initiatives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk/benefit assessments to guide decision-making.
  • Shape and adapt the innovation process as the function matures, refining tools, stage criteria, and workflows to fit Hope Network's structure and ways of working.

Execution

  • Facilitate brainstorming workshops, design sprints, and problem-solving sessions to foster creativity and collective ownership.
  • Translate ideas into actionable project plans, ensuring initiatives move from concept to pilot to implementation.
  • Track progress against key milestones, monitor outcomes, and recommend course corrections when needed.

Work Schedule

Onsite Preferred: Monday- Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Optional: Hybrid flexibility

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Design, Innovation, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field, required.
  • 1 year experience in consulting, healthcare, non-profit, innovation, or strategy-related roles required.

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional initiatives or project teams.
  • Experience with innovation and change management methodologies (Human-Centered Design).
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, behavioral health, or human services, along with market research, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and systems thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Knowledge of project management and mapping toolsets (Smartsheet, Asana, other)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences and lead workshops or briefings.
  • Highly organized project manager who can balance multiple priorities while thinking creatively and strategically from vision to execution.
  • Collaborative and adaptable leader, able to build strong relationships, work independently in ambiguous environments, and drive innovation from concept to implementation.
