• Monday - Friday from 6:45 am - 4:30 pm
• $19 - $22 per hour, depending on experience
• 40 hours of PTO after 90 days
• Company paid life insurance and matching 401k

A-Line E.D.S., Inc. is seeking a motivated Shop Hand to support our Maintenance Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning from experienced maintenance professionals. No extensive experience is required—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Assist with maintenance and repairs on company trucks, trailers, equipment, and tools
• Pick up and organize parts, supplies, and materials
• Help keep the shop, yard, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
• Assist with fabrication and maintenance projects
• Help with building and grounds maintenance
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
• Perform a variety of tasks that keep our operation running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and an eagerness to learn
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Organized and safety-minded
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required

Previous experience in maintenance, construction, manufacturing, farming, automotive, landscaping, or other hands-on work is helpful but not required.

Working Environment

This is an active, hands-on position that requires working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. You'll regularly lift up to 50 pounds, work around industrial equipment, and wear required PPE while helping maintain the equipment that keeps our operation moving.
