JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the onboarding and pre-employment processes for open positions within the organization to promote efficient operations of the organization.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to develop a strong working knowledge of TNR services, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to learn and execute the processing of candidate and new hire UA’s
  • Perform coordination of pre-employment screenings for candidates
  • Perform background checks and reference verifications
  • Facilitate presentation of organization’s mission, structure and daily policies
  • Perform start-date coordination with candidates and hiring managers
  • Align with hiring managers to ensure new hires are successful after 30, 60 and 90 days
  • Accountable for achievement of metrics and targets associated with position
  • Provide technical support for information technology services as requested by management
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Online and physical record management and organization
  • HIPAA compliant task completion
  • Ability to field questions asked from candidates and staff
  • Ability to direct clients and staff to appropriate individuals to get needs met

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related field.
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Combination of education, experience, and licensure accepted.
  • Employment is contingent upon receipt of a satisfactory state and federal background check.
  • Must be able to pass alcohol and drug screens.
