Analyst - Strategic Equity Transactions M/F

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as an Analyst for the Strategic Equity Transaction team.

You will join the Strategic Equity Transactions (SET) team which focuses on tailor-made equity financing, equity stake management and treasury share solutions within the firm’s Global Markets Division. SET works in conjunction with the bank’s Coverage Bankers and Equity Capital Markets team to assist a broad range of clients in addressing issues related to listed equities.

Your concrete missi ons will be the following

• Research on clients, prospects and situations to generate ideas and identify potential opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of client pitches and other marketing materials
• Analyze corporate financial statements
• Support modeling, pricing, economic and credit analysis of potential transactions
• Assist with the preparation of internal approval memos
• Coordinate with New York and Paris based internal stakeholders (incl. SET trading and legal, Coverage Bankers etc.) on certain projects
• Monitor existing transactions

To be eligible for a VIE

• Be less than 29 years old
• Be postgraduate of a Master degree
• Be EU citizen
