Minimum 5 years’ experience in preparing and cooking of traditional cuisine. Must be team player and capable of producing high quality traditional cuisine. To create new and exciting dishes on a regular basis. To organise other kitchen staff and observe that dishes prepared by other chefs are of the highest standard and quality.
