Chef de Partie

Seven Squared Cuisine Limited T/A Parrilla requires Chef de Parties to join the team based in Dublin. You will work in a growing restaurant to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking great food, managing and upkeeping your section organisation and cleanliness and liaising with the head chef on stock and quality control and HACCP. Candidate must have relevant work experience. The standard weekly hour is 39 hours and the minimum wage is €36,605 - €40,000 per annum.
