Job Description: We are seeking two skilled Carpenters to join our team. This role involves hands-on maintenance and repair work across multiple properties, supporting the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out general maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial properties. Perform installation and fitting tasks including doors, flooring, fixtures, and fittings. Conduct routine inspections and identify repair or maintenance needs. Complete repairs such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and upkeep of interiors and exteriors. Respond to tenant maintenance requests efficiently and professionally. Coordinate with external contractors for specialised works when required. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health & safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any major issues.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field. Candidate Requirements
