Job description

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can run targeted outbound campaigns, build qualified pipeline, and open conversations for a complex B2B services environment. This role is for someone who is confident on the phone, sharp in written communication, and skilled at guiding prospects from initial outreach to warm opportunity.

You’ll manage multichannel outreach, strategic follow-ups, and CRM-driven reporting while operating in a fast-paced, metrics-focused sales environment. If you enjoy connecting with people, uncovering needs, and driving momentum, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Work On

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Identify, research, and qualify prospects for complex B2B service offerings
  • Run multichannel outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Personalize messaging to improve engagement and conversion
  • Maintain organized, accurate activity logs in the CRM

Relationship Building and Communication

  • Conduct strategic discovery calls to understand prospect needs and challenges
  • Ask thoughtful qualification questions and map needs to service offerings
  • Manage structured follow-up sequences to nurture leads over time
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, and playbooks

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Track metrics across outreach volume, reply rates, qualification rates, and pipeline created
  • Share insights regarding objections, lead quality, and messaging performance
  • Continuously test new outreach angles, cadences, and communication styles
  • Maintain disciplined, consistent documentation of all prospect activity

What You Bring

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
  • Proven track record generating and qualifying leads for consultative or complex services
  • Strong communicator with excellent English skills across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Skilled in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and CRM-based pipeline management
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and motivated by performance metrics
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments where experimentation and iteration are expected

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo
  • Background in B2B SaaS, consulting, or marketing services
  • Familiarity with automated outreach tools and multi-touch cadence frameworks
