About the Role
At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler the housekeeping team plays a vital role in deliver ing the best r ooms experience for our guests . As a full time Floor Supervisor you’ll ensuring all guest rooms are inspected and up to standard as well as coach and train team members .
This role is suited to someone who takes pride in guest experience, enjoys sharing their knowledge and skills with others is motivated to develop their skills within a luxury hospitality environment. You’ll be part of a team that balances volume with a strong commitment to quality and consistency.
What You’ll Do
•
Inspect the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants who are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel
•
Train, coach and m onitor team members’ daily progress
•
Communicate effectively with teams when rooms can be released and when follow-up is necessary
What You’ll Bring
•
2-3 years in a Housekeeping position
•
Hotel Systems Knowledge – HotSOS preferred
•
Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)
•
Valid work authorization for Canada
What to Expect

the ability to lift up to 20lbs
•
A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
